The Sunshine Children Festival - Developing young minds.

The Sunshine children festival is a festival where many children in the age group 7-13 years and are from the most economically disadvantaged section of our soceity.
focus are on children who are presently out of school or a formal education program and efforts are been made so that this wonderful children would have the chance to experience a learning atmosphere which is enjoyable and enriching and hopefully give them the impetus to be part of schools that impart formal education.
This is a children's festival which seek to encourage and motivate children who are out of school to attend school and be part of a learning programme .
Many of the children are from the most struggling families where many have to take up jobs at an early age to take care of the families and their brothers and sisters. 80 of them doesn't have a mother or father or both.
The sunshine festival are taking the opportunity to interact with them and learn many enjoyable things like thang ta, horse riding etc and motivate them go enrolled in schools and learn many other thing.
Organised by SSA, Bishnupur along with teachers and support staff of education dept, Bishnupur.
